Purchase - read me first

1 - Shipment time: 1 - 2 weeks, depending on available stock and customization work. Since it is hand-made, it will not be 100% perfect (will have minor cosmetic imperfections). Functionality wise, it will be 100% working. For those that mind the cosmetic imperfections, please do not purchase.

2 - Game requirements: please refer to the game list. If you have questions, you can get clarifications from us on the games included. Since we do not control the games (provided solely by the console manufacturer), quality and availability of the games is totally out of our control. Console manufacturer may change the game at times.

3. VGA and HDMI difference: VGA and HDMI connection has no differences in game resolution. The resolution is controlled by the version of the console (version 4.0 is what we sell), which is 800 x 600. Note: HDMI is 1.4 and above. Some old TV might not support it. If you have VGA input, please use VGA input for better compatibility. Sending it back for modifications will be charged on buyer.

4. Joystick: the tactile feeling of joystick are user dependent. If you have high requirements, please be prepared to try different versions for your personal preference. Default are standard version that suits most users.

5. Returns: this is customized product. If there are no quality issue involved, we do not accept returns and only support after sales servicing. If under special circumstances that exchanges are required, buyers need to pay for the return shipping charges and losses.

For quality issue returns, seller will bare the return shipping and losses. Users need to retain the surface protection stickers, original packaging and in original condition for the return. Return must be done within 3 days of receiving the goods.

For those that do not agree with the conditions above, please do not purchase from us.

Warranty and quality of service

1. 2 years warranty: within 2 years of purchase, under normal operating conditions (non-human errors or abuse), the game console (motherboard) and power supply are warrantied, based on purchase receipt. Other parts such as buttons / joysticks are considered perishables (heavy mechanical stress and usages) and are covered for 6 months. Note: HDMI converter is 1 year warranty for service/repair.

2. Service: after warranty period, repairs due to non-human errors or abuse, we will just charge the parts replacement costs.
